Who we are

This website is operated by Blessed Fit Family Uganda (BFF), a fitness and coaching community offering weekly plans, home workouts, feeding guidance, and WhatsApp-based support. Our site is blessedfitfamily.com.

Information we collect

When you use our public pages, we do not require an account. If you start the join process, we may collect:

• Your name
• WhatsApp phone number
• Mobile Money phone number used for payment
• Your stated fitness goal (e.g. weight loss, healthy gain)
• Payment status and reference from our payment provider

If you contact a coach via WhatsApp from our site, your conversation happens on WhatsApp and is governed by WhatsApp's own policies.

How we use your information

• To process your Mobile Money payment and confirm membership
• To add you to the private BFF WhatsApp family after payment is confirmed
• To provide coaching, check-ins, and programme materials
• To respond to support questions and keep our records accurate

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing.

Payment processing

Payments are handled through our payment partner (MarzPay / Mobile Money). They receive the phone number and amount needed to complete the transaction. We store payment references and status so we can confirm your membership.

Where data is stored

Member and payment records are stored in secure cloud systems used to run BFF. Access is limited to authorised coaches and administrators.

How long we keep data

We keep membership and payment records for as long as needed to run the programme, handle disputes, and meet reasonable legal or accounting requirements. You may ask us to review or delete your data where applicable.

Your choices

You can:

• Ask what information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate details
• Ask us to delete your data where we are not required to keep it
• Stop using the service and leave the WhatsApp group at any time

Children

Our programme is intended for adults and teens participating with appropriate consent. If you believe a child has submitted personal data without permission, contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised policy.
