TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply when you join Blessed Fit Family Uganda (BFF) and use our website and WhatsApp community.

Membership and payment

BFF offers a monthly coaching package, currently advertised at 100,000 UGX per month unless we state otherwise on the pricing page. Payment is made via Mobile Money (MTN or Airtel) through our payment partner. Your membership is confirmed after we successfully receive payment.

What is included

  • Weekly timetable and home workout guidance
  • Food and drink guidance aligned with your goals
  • Coach check-ins and support via our private WhatsApp family
  • Access for the paid period as described on our programme and pricing pages

Specific deliverables may be updated to improve the programme. We will communicate material changes in the WhatsApp group or on the website.

Cancellations and refunds

Monthly membership is billed per period. If payment fails or is not completed, access to the WhatsApp family and coaching materials will not be granted for that period. Refund requests for completed payments should be sent to your coach within 7 days of payment, with your Mobile Money reference. We review refunds case by case; approved refunds are processed back to the same Mobile Money number where possible.

Health disclaimer

BFF provides fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching, not medical treatment. Consult a doctor before starting any weight loss or exercise plan, especially if you are pregnant, have a chronic condition, or take prescription medication. You participate at your own risk and should stop any activity that causes pain or distress.

WhatsApp community conduct

Members agree to:

  • Treat others with respect: no harassment, hate speech, or shaming
  • Not share other members' private information outside the group
  • Use the group for programme support, not unsolicited sales or spam
  • Follow coach guidance and group rules posted by the BFF team

We may remove a member without refund if conduct threatens the safety or wellbeing of the community.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact and payment numbers, approve Mobile Money prompts on your own device, and keep your WhatsApp number active so we can add you to the family group after payment.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
